The request of the state of emergency by the province is legitimate for the damage caused by the exceptional wave of bad weather that has affected our entire province.
There may, however, exempt from a point of responsibility to the community leaders in Pesaro that despite the obvious structural weaknesses and the allegations made by the opposition daily and local press have done little or nothing to stop those critical situations which re-emerge as soon as weather conditions worsen.
