In that question invited the Mayor, since the acts were carried out in an establishment of the territory, in solidarity with the workers and to ask the direction of Unicoop to review the choice of summary dismissal, in that when measure appeared and appears to be disproportionate to the facts: in essence, workers were guilty of some snack foods consumed, although not for sale. Behavior is certainly not flawless, but certainly not so severe as to cause a dismissal, a simple call would have sufficed. The Mayor told me very briefly, saying that showed no solidarity with respect to personal responsibilities with a criminal investigation under way, even assuming the presence of more severe than those made up to it have emerged. Fortunately, the history has instead taken the right turn, employees have been fully acquitted in criminal and civil courts have imposed their immediate reinstatement. The fact has produced great fanfare, considering that the employer in this case does not have the face of multinational iperliberista but it is a co-operative social and ethical purposes .....
