URGENT QUESTION TO THE COUNTRY OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND NEW PUBLIC GREEN HIGH SCANDICCI.
· Outlet note that the municipality of Scandicci in 2003 has sold through public auction the real property owned, called ex-Footprint and previously used as a municipal warehouse, located in Via di Scandicci Alto;
· Given that, following auction that the property was sold by a company known for building construction and in 2004, area in question was approved a joint project to build 115 apartments, garages, sports facilities and a public park of 10,000 square meters, which was to be transferred for free to the municipality and operated for one year from the filmmaker as a work of urbanization ;
· Detects that the building work, as well as the public park, appear to be completely terminated over a year and that the houses are already inhabited;
· Detects that the park is still not open to the public although it is perfectly complemented by a lot of time together and even children's playground and benches;
