The Tramway never ceases to amaze us, unfortunately, always negative. Just to make it rise more than the cost of construction, which now exceeds 230 million euro only for the Florence-Scandicci, local governments have found another beautiful: decorating with plants greasy rails. This is not a joke or a hypothesis: the installation has already started in Scandicci, using different personnel who spends entire days to accommodate these plants along the entire tram. It seems that this decoration will be placed throughout the track. The concerns on the initiative are obvious: how much was it to buy hundreds of thousands of seedlings (imagine how many will be needed to cover miles and miles of tram seat with microscopic plants) and the cost of labor for the installation? Resist the whiz of the tramway? Resist the cold of winter and the scorching heat of summer in Florence? Over the years, growing up, there may be a potential obstacle to the functioning of the Tram? Need to be a service, who will take care of? The cosmetic result is very well suited to Florentine streets and scandiccesi? These are all questions that will put the Mayor of Scandicci next question in a matter of urgency. Waiting for answers, I hope then that those who promoted the Tramway will not want to answer me giving me lessons in environmentalism: to make the tramway were killed trees and monuments such as the Statute, the exchange with the seedlings fat does not seem right to equal. For the same reasons I also hope that those who insist on passing the Cathedral tram rails and not accuse me of not intend to urban design ...
