500.000/00 for services and funding to companies in the municipal area to prevent further closures and / or transfer of industrial land; 300.000/00 to support the retail trade (quest'ememdamento is also signed by the director of Meriggi FI / PDL), the crisis affected not only international but also on the road plagued by eternal and invasive sites such as the tramway and the opening of new shopping malls in the area; 300.000/00 Euro to support the agro-food land, including those affected by the crisis and the many attempts at counterfeiting, to allow for future agricultural vocation of the historic town of Scandicci. Finally, as previously announced, another amendment to delete the item expected revenue income from the highway code violations: fines should serve only to ensure the safety of road and therefore can not be predicted in any way the amount of cash, otherwise it becomes a way to make money, another form of taxation disconnected from the actual needs of road safety.
These objectives of the 4 amendments which I proceeded to present the 2009 budget in order to rectify the many mistakes and shortcomings in the draft proposed by the City Council. Beyond the many proclamations in fact, beyond an obvious propagandistic nature of the electoral budget proposed by the majority (as my colleague has already pointed stylus promise for public works in 2009 alone over 20 million euro, while in 2008 investment ... were still 8 million) from a careful reading of some data items of expenditure arise unequivocal continues to increase expenditure on staff, with the continued use of outside assignments and temporary staff, we continue to incur some unnecessary spending such as those linked to the activity of the theater studio, ignoring the urgent problems related to the global economic crisis: the budget items for services to industry and agriculture are totally devoid of resources: € zero, that the resources of the covered market completely inadequate. Our amendments have been approved that would give rise to remedy these serious shortcomings, which are economically covered: we offer free resources allocated to unnecessary or excessive expenditure to be devoted to the real needs of the city. In the coming days, the proposals contained in the amendments to the trade associations, trade unions and citizens in order to initiate a proactive and part comparison by the citizens on the future of Scandicci.
I take this occasion to announce the membership and the vote of myself and my group al'emendamento Democratic Left by proposing two funds crisis of 500.00/00 Euro for the employees directly affected by the crisis, which if approved, perfect complement to our proposals: support for local businesses that will avert further closures, but also practical help and directed to those workers who have already lost or will lose their jobs in the hope that the council and the majority did indeed intend to discuss the amendments, all with a proactive nature, and prefers to fade away from their position as has happened too many times in the past.
